- Design projects, new features, major migrations, premium licenses, hosting, and third-party fees are not routine maintenance unless listed in writing.
- Support priority and included work vary by plan. Maintenance does not mean guaranteed 24/7 availability or guaranteed uptime.

Can I cancel at any time?
The Essential and Pro prices shown are based on annual billing. Elite uses a six-month commitment. Any different cancellation or renewal terms will be stated in your written proposal.
Is malware cleanup included?
Coverage depends on the selected plan and the condition of the site at onboarding. Active or pre-existing incidents may require a separate cleanup scope.
Do plans include hosting?
No. Hosting remains in your account unless a written proposal says otherwise. WPGeared can coordinate with your host when access and plan scope allow.
